Hi, I’m Joni.
I aspire to be a voice of change. After spending 27 years in global management consulting and 18 as a partner with Deloitte, my deep desire is to see more balance in the world by having more women in leadership positions. I built the Inner Rock Group to inspire and empower women and girls to step into their leadership. I am a Mom to two young girls who keep me grounded. I envision a world for them where women are embraced for their leadership and in workplace cultures. Women have the power to change the world. Women are strong at their core.
